A key area of IED’s expertise lies in developing the coaching capacity of managers and leaders in the UAE, creating a ‘coaching culture’ in their organizations to ingrain coaching as a leadership and management style. Our accredited coaching programs set a rigorous standard for practicing executive coaches, including senior level business experience, business consulting experience and coaching expertise.
