The Institute for Executive Development (IED) – a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG) dedicated to management and executive training programmes – has partnered with the UK’s leading provider of Custom Executive Education, Ashridge Business School to launch a series of comprehensive leadership programmes.

Initially comprising the Ashridge Leadership Process and Executive Coaching in Organisations, the programmes have been designed to enable senior managers and practitioners to develop new skills and capabilities so that they can confidently and professionally succeed within key leadership and organizational roles.

The first programme resulting from the partnership; Executive Coaching in Organizations is scheduled to begin in October 2009 followed by the Ashridge Leadership Process course in November 2009. After completing the Coaching Program participants can opt to undertake a practical assessment to obtain official accreditation.
