Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS) - “Enhancing the capacity for leading strategy and change in AHS” [Executive Management Program for 16 senior leaders]

AHS is part of a new independent public joint stock company charged with providing the people of Abu Dhabi with one of the best healthcare systems in the world. This presents both a great opportunity and a significant challenge for AHS who have approached the Institute for Enterprise Development (IED) to develop an Executive Development Program to support their leaders in achieving their mission.

The program consists of a series of modules and master classes designed to enhance the leadership capacity in leading strategy and change throughout the organization.

The development process has been designed in consultation with the entire leadership group, who shared specific areas of support and development they felt they needed in order to successfully fulfill their roles as senior leaders in AHS.
