AZADEA - “Working with the private sector to expand the capabilities of UAE nationals” [Supporting Corporate Emiratisation]

The Emirates continues to need to develop its nationals into the business leaders of the future. Whilst the public sector continues to provide support for this aim it is also necessary that the private sector supports this development and creates industry specific Emirati leaders and skilled workers. Azadea as a leading multination retail organization was one of the first corporate clients to access the depth of experience and capabilities for corporate Emiratisation available from the ADU Institutes.

The Institute of Vocational Studies (IVD) at Abu Dhabi University (ADU) was in a unique position to provide fully customised corporate Nationalisation programs, combining the internationally accredited language, work skills, and vocational qualifications needed by Azadea.

By preparing entrants into Azadea with the necessary skills and competencies to succeed in their new jobs from day one new Emirati employees are able to perform and excel in their roles, creating value and preparing them for the leadership roles of the future – thanks to their partnership with the Institute for Vocational Development (IVD) at Abu Dhabi University (ADU).
